The VODAFONE event marked the inauguration of a brand-new logistics HUB in Bettembourg, transformed for the occasion into a true experiential venue.
This project represented a major challenge: designing an immersive event in a building still under construction, based solely on plans. Every detail had to be carefully anticipated, including acoustics management, temperature control, and safety considerations specific to an unfinished site.
Key question: How can you create a high-impact and secure event experience in a raw, unfinished venue with no possibility of real on-site projection?
To address this challenge, we combined rigorous planning with strong creative vision. We surrounded ourselves with trusted technical partners to anticipate every constraint (sound, lighting, flow, safety), while developing a concept powerful enough to transform the raw space into a fully immersive environment.
We designed the inauguration as a mini festival, allowing us to structure the venue through different atmospheres and key moments throughout the day.
The event was divided into several highlights:
- A morning session dedicated to carefully selected clients
- An afternoon seminar followed by an Awards ceremony
- And a final evening party to close the event in a festive atmosphere
To highlight the local dimension of the project, we brought in Luxembourg-based food trucks, showcasing local culinary expertise at the heart of this new iconic building.
