How do you transform a raw, identity-less “black box” venue into an immersive universe capable of reflecting a strong and immediately recognizable theme?
The challenge was to subvert the venue’s constraints to turn them into strengths, while creating an experience impactful enough to allow guests to forget the professional setting and fully project themselves into the event.
The choice was made to place light at the heart of the scenography, as the primary tool for transforming the space. Through a mastered repetition of reflective elements such as disco balls, mirrored surfaces, and a luminous dance floor strategically installed in the middle of the space, the venue became a vibrant and living set, typical of the 2000s aesthetic. The light, in constant motion, allowed the space to be structured without weighing it down, while creating a festive and immersive atmosphere.
This scenographic approach was reinforced by a global staging inspired by the MTV Music Awards, designed as a true ceremony. The neon entrance, personalized T-shirts, the photo booth framed on the room, and the presentation of gold records allowed the storytelling to be extended at every stage of the guest journey. Every detail contributed to a coherent narrative, transforming the event into a strong collective experience, where employees became the actors of a show, rather than mere participants in a corporate evening.
