- CLIENT: BMW
- DATE: 02 September 2020
- VENUE: Hôtel Leweck
- MISSION: The pleasure to organize an event respecting safety measures during the sanitary crisis
- SOLUTION:
BMW were the first to hold an event during the Covid-19 period, for the reveal of the new BMW M3 and M4 models.
Respecting all the sanitary measures in force at that time, we organized a three day tailor-made event, where delicacy and elegance magnified the magical moment of unveiling the cars.
We focused all our attention on encouraging the appropriate behaviour, going beyond the government directives in order to reassure all guests and allow them to fully enjoy this exclusive evening including the exceptional meal orchestrated by the starred chef Cyril Molard.
Present at the event, he did not hesitate to leave the kitchens to meet the guests and bring the final touch to their dish.
Unveiled only at the end of the evening, the M3 and M4 built up the desire before the gloved guests could finally caress their feline forms.
An evening conducted in complete safety where guests enjoyed an exceptional setting at the Leweck Hotel, an outstanding gourmet dinner, and were, most importantly, the first to see the new BMW sports models exclusively, even before the press.

- CLIENT: Escent Softeam
- DATE: 17 September 2019
- VENUE: Fond-de-Gras
- MISSION: Through this team building day, we wanted to bring together two entities from the same group but geographically separated. The aim of the team building is to strengthen the bonds between the teams and increase the feeling of belonging to the same company
- SOLUTION:
A full day of team building awaited the participants of Escent Softeam.
The morning was dedicated to the creation of the competing teams and their new team identities. The collective analysis of the assignment as well as the team’s ability to communicate and exchange ideas quickly, became key to overcome the “Marshmallow challenge”.
The afternoon was structured around a series of tasks and activities with the underlying purpose of unifying the teams, by making the members work closely together. Equipped with only a road book and each other, the participants had 2h30 to complete all 8 challenges and thereby obtaining 8 different letters. Only at the end, did they discover that these letters collected during the quest, would be essential to find the final password to the doors of the old mines, where the treasure was hidden.
This team building requires a light sense of direction, but mostly excellent interpersonal communication and exemplary solidarity. Learn to trust each other and draw on the qualities of each teammate to achieve success together.
This type of teamwork strengthens bonds between fellow co-workers and allows you to reveal yourselves outside the walls of the work environment.

- CLIENT: ABMC
- DATE: 16 December 2019
- VENUE: Luxembourg American Cemetery and Memorial
- MISSION: For the 75th Anniversary Ceremony of the Battle of the Bulge at the American Cemetery in Luxembourg, the ABMC wanted to welcome more than 1,000 guests: the World War II American veterans, local and foreign political figures, crowned heads and the international press.
- SOLUTION:
Ghanimé Events agency won this RFP thanks to its expertise which enabled it to transform a purely logistical request into a beautiful structured and attractive aesthetic proposition, a translucent structure combined with the American colors. A thousand people attended the commemoration in the tent and a giant screen outside allowed some 500 others to watch it live.

- CLIENT: US EMBASSY
- DATE: 04 July 2019
- VENUE: The Philharmonic Luxembourg
- MISSION: We were expecting 350 hand-picked guests for this event. The security had been reinforced due to the presence of exclusive guests such as the American Ambassador, The Luxembourgish Prime Minister Xavier Bettel, American senators, not to mention the honorable presence of the legendary former astronaut Buzz Aldrin.
- SOLUTION:
The first challenge of this event was the unusually challenging deadline.
Ghanimé Events came up with a proactive solution to anticipate the clients’ decision-making. 2019 was the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 mission, and the space conquest became thus the natural theme of the event. The Luxembourg Philharmonic was tastefully dressed up in red, blue and white with banners and a modern space-themed decoration. To underline the theme both catering as well as the entertainment was carefully tailored to contribute to the success of this event.
